Lafayette Afro Rock Band is an american band formed in 1970. After moving to Paris in 1971, they changed their name to Ice. Produced by Pierre Joubert (later known for producing the "La Boum" OST), they released 3 great albums under the L.A.B moniker ... Between rock, funk,and jazz, the L.A.B has been sampled by Public Enemy, Wu Tang Clan, Janet Jackson, Digital Underground ... Amongst others.
